CPR PRIME TIME does not provide refunds for any courses, but you may reschedule for an upcoming class by calling or emailing us in advance. Also, you may transfer your credit to a family member or friend at no additional cost. However, all credits must be used within 60 days of the original class date.

3. Replacement Card or Misprinted Card

For a student who loses his/her certification card after it has been issued, and wishes to replace it: All replacement cards cost $20 each.

4. Privacy Policy

At CPR PRIME TIME, your privacy is considered as very important. Any information you provide us will be kept strictly confidential and will never be sold to outside vendors.

5. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on CPR PRIME TIME’s website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only.
